Well, this is OK - but sometimes the simplest ones can be the hardest to make fit properly..........just cos it doesnt have a zip or buttonholes, dont mean it's easy!!!

Saucy is definitely the word. Would that I were 10 years younger and possessed of my taut mid-thirties bod, I might think of taking up sewing too!

So far, this is the best choice of the group. You HAVE to start with the basics --there's no jumping over the learning curve. These home sewing patterns are designed for a small B-cup, if you're bigger the top will lift off your chest. Make a first sample (cut it out of some cheap fabric and stitch it up to see how it fits). NEVER ruin good fabric by not doing a sample first. Then you can make changes on the sample and you can use it as a pattern. And, if it really doesn't fit, you won't waste time or fabric on a bad pattern. Also, commercial patterns are designed for a 5'7" woman, not petites. Good luck!

Marilynn,

Thank you for those sizing tips. Especially the bust info.

Denise
